Fit and Well Coaching was founded by Erica Brown- Nutritionist, Wellness Coach and Personal/Performance Trainer. As a former athlete, Erica understands that nutrition and physical activity work hand in hand when it comes to improving health, wellness or athletic performance. After years of education and experience, Erica created Fit and Well Coaching so that she could share her passion and knowledge with those in need of real-life and proven solutions to better health and wellness!
