
Ingredients
½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 tbsp ground flax/chia seeds (optional)
½ cup lowfat milk or milk alternative
3 oz (1/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt
1 packet raw sugar or stevia
1/3 cup of fresh fruit, seeds, or nuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a regular size bowl
Cover and sit in fridge for minimum 10 minutes (can prepare the night before and leave overnight)
Can add more milk if consistency is too thick
Mix and ENJOY!
