Individualized plan based on client goals, calorie needs, proper macronutrient balance, dietary needs/restrictions, food preferences, exercise routine, daily schedule and budget.
Follow-up Consultations (30-45 minutes)
Discussion of success with previous goals
Identify possible barriers
